Breakfast Idea! Bell Pepper ‘Egg In A Hole’

These are awesome and crazy fast to make. Put the pepper on medium heat, flipping once, for 3-5 minutes, before adding your eggs.

These make a great post workout snack too! :)

I know what I’m having tomorrow morning!
